Dovobet is a topical corticosteroid that is used to treat psoriasis vulgaris by relieving itching, reducing swelling and constricting blood vessels.

Store Dovobet at room temperature away from heat and moisture. Be sure to keep the cap secure when not using the medication.

Consult with your physician before using Dovobet and tell them if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are taking any other medications. Do not use Dovobet if you are allergic to betamethasone, calcipotriene, or any of the other ingredients in the medication. Do not use the medication for more than four weeks unless otherwise instructed by your physician and do not apply to more than one-third of your skin surface at one time.

Sever Side Effects : Serious side effects include: severe allergic reaction (hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat); Cushing syndrome – weight gain (especially in your face), thinning muscles in your arms or legs, easy bruising, thinning

Common side effects include: burning or mild itching; red or scaly rash; swollen hair follicles; or changes in the color of treated skin areas.
