Hassle-free Returns
PrescriptionPoint.com wants you to be happy with every purchase
that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your non-prescription
purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within
30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. (By
law we cannot accept prescription returns for resale or reuse.)
To process your return:
- Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned package.
- Please use the pre-paid postage label on your invoice. Write
your order number in the space provided.
- Send the package via U.S. Mail. Once we receive and process
your return, your credit card will be credited.
- Should you require a replacement product, please contact Prescription
Point Customer Care at 1-800-794-8552 and we will process a
new order for the replacement product and charge your credit
card when the order is shipped. If you are returning an item,
once we receive the item, we will process your return and credit
your charge card.


Prescription Items Returned
If your prescription order was damaged in shipping, please call
us immediately at 1-800-794-8552. We do not accept returns on
prescription items in accordance with local governing pharmacy
regulations in Canada and the United States.
