Where We Ship To
Prescription Point ships Canadian prescriptions to locations
in Canada and US generic medications to the United States.
US customers are allowed to order from Canada but must be advised
of the following:
FDA's general position: The FDA, due to the current state of
their regulations, has taken the position that virtually all
shipments of prescription drugs imported from a Canadian pharmacy
by a U.S. consumer will violate the law.
United States Customs has the discretionary power to allow a
90-day supply of medication to be delivered to a US mailing address.
Shipping From Canada
PrescriptionPoint.com offers low cost shipping (only $9.99 per
order) on all orders shipped from Canada. If you order
from Canada and the United States, the shipping fee is still only
$9.99! Items shipped from Canada are mailed via CanadaPost.
Average shipping time to the US is 10-14 days once the order has
left the pharmacy. There are no other shipping options available
for prescription medications when shipping from a Canadian pharmacy.*

to receive your prescription in the mail, which can add additional

When you place an order from our US pharmacy only:
- Standard shipping USPS Priority Mail - $5.99
- UPS 2nd Day Air - $13.99**
- UPS Overnight Air - $29.99**

Nonprescription Order Processing
Orders received before 12 PM PST time Monday through Friday will
be processed the same day pending availability of the product.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the
next business day pending availability of the product.
Items In/Out Of Stock
When we receive your order, we'll send you an email confirming
the details. If we're out of one or more of the items you've ordered,
and it will be more than one day before we have them in stock
again, we'll send you the items we have right away, and send you
the rest of the items as soon as they are available. If this happens,
you won't be charged any shipping fee for the second package,
and we'll let you know about it by email. Your credit card will
be charged when the items are shipped to you.
If an item isn't back in stock after two weeks, or if it has
been discontinued and is no longer available, we'll cancel that
part of your order and notify you by email. Your credit card will
not be charged for any out-of-stock or discontinued items.
Items We Do Not Ship
At PrescriptionPoint.com we believe in providing our customers
with the highest-quality medications year round. We do not ship
medications which require a sustained refrigerated temperature
because we cannot reliably ensure that your order will not be
exposed to prolonged high temperatures. For this reason, our partner
pharmacies do not ship medications which require refrigeration
during summer months including some eye drops and injections.
What we do not ship:
- Medications with strict temperature requirements such as insulin
- Accutane and other strictly regulated medications
- Controlled substances or narcotics
