Order Canadian and US Prescription Drugs
When you fill a new prescription at Prescription Point, we
have to receive your prescription by fax or mail. (You can then
order refills from Prescription Point with just a telephone call.)
Prescription Point phone, fax, and address information is provided
during the order process and also appears on the Customer
Service section.
New Prescriptions
When you place your order, choose one of the following ways to
get us your new prescription:
- Ask your doctor to fax or mail your prescription to
Prescription Point Faxed prescriptions must be sent
directly from your doctor's office with your doctor's letterhead
as a cover page. Please allow 3 to 5 days processing time after
your prescription is received from your doctor, plus additional
days for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose.
- Mail your written prescription to Prescription Point
Please allow 10 days for your mailed prescription to reach us,
3 to 5 days processing time, plus additional days for delivery
depending on the shipping method you choose.
If we do not receive your prescription within 10 business days
of when you place your order, we will contact you for help. If
we do not hear from you, your order will be cancelled, and you
will be notified via email.
Refill Prescriptions
Please allow up to 2 business days for Prescription Point to
process your refillable prescription, plus additional days for
delivery depending on the shipping
method you choose. If your prescription has expired or has
no refills remaining, you will need to fax or mail in a new prescription.
Renew Prescriptions
Your prescription must be "renewed" either when your
prescription has expired or when you have no refills remaining.
When sending in a new prescription, please have your name, address
and telephone number printed clearly.
Transferring A Prescription
You may transfer a prescription to our United States pharmacy
if it is currently being filled by a pharmacy which is located
in Washington State. Prescriptions transferred will reside in
Washington State and can be filled only by our United States pharmacy
only.
We DO NOT transfer prescriptions from a United States pharmacy
to Canadian pharmacies. We cannot transfer prescriptions between
pharmacies in Canada.
Transferred Prescriptions
Please allow up to 2 business days for Prescription Point to
process your transferred prescription, plus any additional time
for shipping, depending on your shipping choice. This applies
to Prescription Point's US pharmacy only. We cannot transfer Canadian
prescriptions from another Canada pharmacy.
Purchasing Non-Prescription Items
Prescription Point offers non-prescription items such as a
complete selection of over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, herbs,
personal care and beauty items, and medical supplies.
Email Order Confirmation
If you choose to provide your email address when completing our
order form, we will send you an email order confirmation. Prescription Point
does not sell, rent, or share any customer information to any
